Frame Sealing and Junction Box Attaching

This key material connects the frame and the component, with permanent anti-environmental aging properties. These sealants furthermore maintain long-term reliable sealing and bonding and prevent PV modules from being affected by the external environment.

Rail Bonding

Elastic bonding is needed between the frameless PV modules and back rails to compensate for the deformation caused by temperature variation in outdoor environments, and meanwhile satisfying the mechanical load requirements. The rail bonding adhesive has excellent elastic deformation ability and high bonding strength with both glass and metal.

Edge Sealing

Edge sealing can effectively prevent outside moisture or other substances from having negative influence on the frameless PV modules and strengthen insulation protection.

Temporary Bonding During Ingot Mounting

These materials were developed for temporarily bonding of mono crystal and poly crystal PV silicone ingots. Both epoxy and anaerobic type materials are offered. These materials can improve production efficiency and enhance production yield.
